How to Book a Small Group Tour

THERE ARE 2 EASY WAYS TO BOOK PLACES ON A SMALL GROUP TOUR

By Email: 

  • Send an email to info@smallgrouptours.com and write  "I want to go on (the name of the tour, with the start date of the tour).  Please hold (X) places".  Include names, addresses, email and phone numbers of travelers.  Let us know the room type (single, twin, double).   We will hold your place(s).
  • Follow up with a deposit by easy Zelle bank transfer.  Our code is info@travelingprofessor.com.   Otherwise, mail a check made to TRAVELING PROFESSOR LLC, and send to TRAVELING PROFESSOR, 3965 COTTON GIN RD, FRISCO TX 75034.  We will acknowledge receipt of payment by email.

FOR TOURS MORE THAN 365 DAYS IN ADVANCE

  • A “Hold My Spot/Good Faith” deposit amount is $250 per person. Upon receipt, it holds a space for the traveler on a specified tour.
  • Approximately 9-12 months before the commencement of the tour, travelers will be invoiced for an amount up to 50% of the cost of the tour.

FOR TOURS LESS THAN 365 DAYS IN ADVANCE

  • The deposit amount is $1000. Upon receipt, it confirms a place for a specified tour.  We will acknowledge receipt of your payment via email.

PAYMENTS

  • To keep costs low,  check payment is preferred.  Also accepted are Zelle easy bank transfers.  Our Zelle ID is info@travelingprofessor.com.  If paying by Zelle, banks may sometimes ask for our zip code.  It is 75034.  DO NOT send Zelle payments to our telephone number. 
  • Payment may be made by credit card or Venmo through PayPal.  However, those payments may be subject to a 3.75% fee charged by banks and PayPal.  If you wish to pay by credit card or Venmo, contact us by email, we will send out to you a form for secure payment. 
  • Please include traveler name(s) as they appear on passport, mailing address, phone number and tour (with tour date) with payment.
